This advert is about the new release for internet explorer 10's Explorer touch. I believe this to be for succeeders as they believe in prestige, this can be of the equipment they use, and it being long lasting and high quality. Succeeders are organised and goal orientated, so to do this they will use the latest technology to surpass themselves.  




Reformers 
This advert is to do with the alcoholic drink of Smirnoff Vodka. I believe this to be in the reformer category as the want freedom from restriction of life, and get away from reality. They are independent in their decisions in the consumption of alcohol.   







Mainstreamers
This advert is about road safety, and it informs the people watching about the statistic of the number of pedestrians that die on the road every year. I believe this to link to the Mainstreamers. This is due to the fact that they tend to avoid risk, and avoid confrontation.  










Explorers
 
This advert is about rock climbing, which connotes risk, danger, and having an adrenaline rush. This links to the Explorers as they love adventure, are thrill seeking, and speed. Explorers are love travelling and searching for new places to explore and try new things.






Resigned
This advert is to do with the army, and links to the category of resigned people. This is because the advert and the resigned share the characteristics of being disciplined, the safety of people, someone that is resigned tends to be in authority, which is given in the army, and they have strict rules, and responsibilities.  






Aspirers
The advert on Armani jeans links to the category of aspirers. These are people who have big aspirations, and want a good image, and believe in materialistic objects, such as high quality brands like Armani. Furthermore, these brands draw attention to the aspirer, and lead to them being admired to.





Strugglers
This advert links to the group of strugglers. This is due to the fact that they alienate themselves in bookies, and aimlessly lose money. They tend to lose large amounts of money, and consume large volumes of alcohol, and are very aggressive.

My narrative: RIDE

My narrative is a real life television programme based on an AI robot created to save the world. The main protagonist is RIDE, the AI robot with the ability to evolve and adapt. He is joined in the programme by Goku a super saiyan, transported from a parallel dimension, stuck in our dimension. The programme will be called RIDE as it revolves around him and his feats. There will be a multi-strand narrative, so that it can overlap and continue over each episode. The enigma codes will create mystery of the enemies/villains, like hiding the certain characters faces in shadows. Action codes will help develop further narratives, like shaking hands, imply team ups.  The equilibrium will be that everything is normal everyone is living there lives as usual, however the disequilibrium, is that an alien invader is coming to Earth and the only person to actually save earth is Goku, but is not as powerful as the invader. The invader quickly over powers Goku and starts his attack on Earth. There is a shrouded mysterious man who creates RIDE to save the world. The New equilibrium is created once RIDE teams with Goku to successfully destroy the invader. There is an enigma code is created as the episode ends, with a homing beacon flashing.


Propp’s character types:

The Villain: This will vary with different episodes, the first will be the invader who is known as DD (Dooms day).

The Donor: this can be his ability to adapt and evolve.

The Helper: This is Goku, who will partner with RIDE.

The Princess: This can be the Earth, who is in process of being taken over or annihilated.

The Dispatcher: This at the start is the mysterious, shrouded man who created RIDE.

The Hero: RIDE

The False Hero: This is the mysterious, shrouded man who created RIDE.

1) The brand of wwe consists of these lines of appeals, happy families, elite people, and successful careers. The brand wwe promotes themselves as a happy family and refer to everyone in attendance and watching as the wwe universe, making them belong to the wwe family. Also, the wwe superstars are elite people that endorse other brands, also celebrities are able to promote their products/movies on their show. Furthermore, the superstars have successful careers acquiring title belts, winning matches, but are also known for doing  large amounts of charity work, like working with make-a-wish foundation and their own B.A Star foundation.

1) The BMW brand belongs to rich, luxurious life style, dreams and fantasy, successful careers and self-importance and pride. BMW is a world renowned company, originating from Germany. People with rich luxurious lifestyles tend to buy BMW cars and see it as a must if you are well off. BMW enters dreams and fantasy as working class aspires to purchase a luxury car. Also, the successful careers aspects as people who are associated with BMW have a good income with them. Finally, self-importance and pride, as BMW manufacture BMW's from Germany and only use German engineers, taking pride in their workers.

Also, Kelloggs belong to is nature and the natural world, as they use natural ingredients like corn, which is grown from the ground.

Successful romance and love, along with comedy and humour refers to the segments that are put on to push storylines and general poke fun at each other.  Successful careers of the stars, who continuously win matches and belts, and not only winning but defending them.  
TNA is about entertaining the impact zone, through high-quality performances.
